Weird issue with Intellicenter

If I assign two different pump speeds to two different circuits, and then turn on both circuits, what pump speed does the Intellicenter choose? For example:

Feature Circuit #1 has a pump speed of 1000 rpm assigned; and,
Feature Circuit #2 has a pump speed of 2000 rpm assigned.

Now I turn on both features. What happens?

The system always follows the Feature Circuit with the highest RPM assigned to it.

This is exactly how I control my speeds.. I set "Pool" to the lowest speed I ever want ... 1200 RPM

Then I have a feature circuit (Skim low) set to 1500, Skim high set to 1800 and waterfall set to 2800..

Pool runs the entire time I want the pump to run, and I just turn the other ones on or off to set the speed I want.
