So I'm at a friend's house, and he's grilling some burgers on his new Weber. I look at the grill, and something's not right. After a few seconds of staring at his grill, it came to me! His cast iron grate was upsidedown. I said "Hey, you know that grill is upsidedown? That's why you have those bars going across, and you can't slide your spatula very well" He says "No, it's correct... the other side is all flat"
Me: "I need another beer."
