Use food coloring and carefully drop some there and watch if it disappears into the crack. That would mean water is exiting there. It can be repaired with several products but one I'm familiar with is "marine epoxy " made by loctite available on Amazon.

I used JB weld water weld on mine. It’s a thick putty you mix together and I liked it because you can make long sections and push them down in the cracks
