Water is going in

He started filling it after the acid wash but it was already dark? I felt it was a weird time to get started filling. It was so dark we didn't even get to see it finished and our project manager didn't check it over and approve it before he allowed the water to go in is that normal? we thought maybe he would be by to check it out before we added water
.also He did not put a sock over my hose or any protective material .
He never told us he was even turning the water on to fill it so my husband didn't get to go outside and check the meter before he started none of this went like I had hoped...but I guess it is what it is.I'll find out tomorrow what it all looks like. I took some pictures during the day but they're not the greatest.

You don't want the plaster sitting exposed to the air any longer than absolutely necessary so getting it filled quickly is a priority.

Knowing the exact gallonage is nice but not critical. Close enough is close enough and that's pretty easy to figure out.

Good to know..my husband would have liked to look over the plaster to see if it was done well but it was dark..they started after 3 pm so he was working till the end by flashlight.
