Water Flow with probably poor plumbing design

So I have a Barrier Reef 40 Coral Seas in ground pool. See attached. Skimmer on deep end along with 2 deep drains about a foot of the bottom. Only 3 inputs
I have drawn the direction that I have diverted flow but it still leaves a lot to be desired esp flow in the shallow end.

Any ideas? Are their resources that help with this flow direction problem.
Granted I thing I might have put two skimmers in to start with but we had a “professional” install (but pools aren’t as common here in WV)

Wind blow from west which would be on the side of the two in flows, maybe slightly angled toward the deep end with the skimmer
Yes unfortunately only one skimmer

Not much you can do to improve circulation. It was set by the decisions on skimmer and return placement.
