I think this would be better posted in your local Craig's list or nextdoor. Good luck! Make sure to do a purge with Ahh-some when you do find one to buy even if it is new.
You clean/purge the lines the water is in. They test them at the factory then drain the water but they don't make sure every bit of water it out. This dampness causes nasty stuff to get a foot hold in the pipes so they need to be cleaned even though the spa is brand new. Now if you buy a USED spa it is even more important!
