Vogue Flair LX part?

Hi all. I have an old (20+ years?) Vogue Flair LX pool and cannot identify this screw bracket part on the upper joiner plate. Anyone know what this is called, and where I might be able to find them?

That looks similar to a cage nut used in server racks.

Cage nut, any good nut and bolt supply house, or auto body supply will stock them.
