Ultratemp Chiller - replaced display not showing COOL mode

Hi all,
I had an issue where the LCD display on my Ultratemp Heater/Chiller faded out and the up temp button stopped working.

I replaced the display with an OEM Pentair part. Made sure it was identical when swapping it.

It now shows no COOL mode. Anyone know if there is a way to change it to Heat and Chiller mode? I’ve seen a few threads that are a few years old with no answers.

Sure sounds like the replacement display was incorrect.

Give us details on the UltraTemp model number, part numbers of the original part, and the replacement part.

Do you still have the original parts?
