Vinyl Wrinkles

Good Afternoon
I have an in ground (indoor) pool with a vinyl liner - pool is new (about a year and a half).
I am forming wrinkles and it's starting to worry me.
I have tried to move liner with my hands (ha)!!!
Any suggestions?

Also, wanted to get a robotic vacuum - wondering if it will work with the wrinkle situation?

Usually wrinkles form from water under the liner. Most times once the water sinks into the ground the liner will drop back in place. But if it gets held in place somewhere along the way it can not go back and wrinkles form. Where they are and how big ( long ) they are will depend on the attack to fit them.
