Very blue, CLOUDY water - WILL NOT CLEAR UP PLEASE HELP ME

This may be an issue with posting from a phone/tablet vs computer. I looked back and you show a signature at the start of this thread, but no longer.

Okay so the water is looking very clear now and keeps becoming more so. I have a new issue. I vacuumed the pool and it sucked out some pretty gnarly stuff. I had to stop and clean the skimmer and the strainer basket a couple times. Now when I turn the pump on, it sounds odd. It shows no pressure and is return very little water. Any ideas? I thought maybe the cartridge filter needs cleaned but I had read that causes high pressure so I wanted to make sure that was the issue before beginning that whole process. Thanks!
