Using the Apera PH60 meter

Hi All. I just purchased the Apera PH60 meter.

My question is pretty basic.... How do I use this thing?

The manual that came with it explains how to calibrate it in detail, but not how to actualy use it.

Maybe I am missing a manual ?

Do I just dip the probe into my pool for a minute? Or do I fill the probe cap/cup that is on the end pf the probe tip with pool water?

I used to use the "HiTech PH5011A" meter, and it was very easy to use. But it broke after a year and I think they are out of business so I couldn't buy a replacement.

Thanks for your help.

You simply rinse off the electrode under running tap water and then turn it on. Then stick it in the pool water up to the electrode and wait for the smiley face icon to stay on. You can gently swirl it in the water while waiting for the smiley face.

You should calibrate it first before use.
