Hello everyone, I'll keep it simple. We're having pavers installed on our patio and the current skimmer is flush with the old patio. The pavers will raise the deck up about 2 inches and the skimmer lid will be recessed. We bought a ring from the local pool store but the problem is that it doesn't fit. I believe there's an old ring but it's embedded in the concrete. Do we have to destroy this old ring by any means possible or what?
