Upgrading spa jets

Surely I haven't been the only one to want to upgrade a standard eyeball jet to something more exciting. My situation is I don't think my pool builder used anything other than standard CMP fittings and standard Tee lines. My current fittings in the gunite are 2" NPT threaded lines. Pictures attached for reference. Anyone have any luck changing to a rotating whirly fitting?

What you have are "standard" T jet-inserts, just a regular plumbing T, inverted, with a jet insert that accepts the orifices you show.
What you want would have required that the builder provide something like this picture that accepts various jet nozzles.
