Upgrading older Jandy Stealth Pump

Looking to replace a Jandy Pro Series Stealth 1.5hp, pump was new in 2016 and is on its last legs. My pool is all manual control, valves, mechanical timers, etc. . . I was looking at the Jandy VS FloPro 2.7hp and it says speed set controller pre-installed, will this work for me to control. Any other options I should look at. It’s a 25K gallon, pool with a DE filter, non-saltwater.

A Nidec Neptune NPTQ225 motor, appropriate seal and O rings, would turn your pump into a VSP.
If you are considering automation, get a pump that would match the brand you are considering.

Thanks, I am not considering automation would like to keep everything manual. This Nidec Neptune, basically just bolts in place of the old motor, I still use the old pump housing? How do I know which seal and o-rings to purchase?
