Updated Omnilogic firmware now pump won't run schedule

Ever since I updated the firmware on my Omnilogic controller the schedule won't run for my pump at night.

Even if I manually turn the pump on it won't run more than 15 minutes.

Any ideas ?

Check your flow switch or turn off flow switch sensing.
