Update - Water In - Final pieces remain South Jersey Build

Re: UPDATED - Concrete Poured on SJ Build - Pictures included

Well here at least is a good laugh. I had the fence company back yesterday to put the panels back up and fix the gates so they open from inside.

The landscapers just arrived for river rock and TOOK the fence back down! Then......

The tractor BROKE.

You can't even make this up [emoji136]?

What a roller coaster! You must be exhausted. Things seem to be going well, and then Ka-blewy! It seems like those loose ends just won't come together. Building a pool either generates more patience or sheer madness - I'm not sure which.....

Hang onto that money. It's your only safeguard! Thinking of you guys. Suz.

Haha! Exactly, I think its a fine line of madness and enjoyment. I'm literally one minute loving the pool and video taping my daughters first jump off the jump rock and then stressing the next minute b/c the liner pops back off. This too shall pass :) Bottom line is i LOVE my pool, I just want to tie these ends and move on to looking forward to the next sunny day I can swim :paddle:

Well we had a great night last night, came home from work to find Jorge sweating and laying upside down in the pool fixing the light...we talked a little about adding the remote feature for the light sync and easier selection of light shows or solid colors which sounds like a great idea since I didn't add automation.

Then he added the bead lock to all the areas that seem weaker in the vinyl and it held great as my niece and nephew me and my husband were doing all kinds of jumps and dives all night including a tandem dive of me and the hubs haha!!

He fixed the step the best he can and added the transformer so we can put the waterfall light on a timer which is great and looks amazing at night! Such an amazing feeling after this process and all its highs and lows hanging on the bench in the deep end watching the kids laugh and splash and jump and listening to the waterfall. I'm certainly in love!

Half of the landscaping is complete but no pictures until all done!! It's going to be beautious my new word.

They delivered everything - the only thing not done is the solar cover they just gave me two in a box instead of cutting it but I'm sure I can figure that out!

Mulberry tree down today and sod! Should have some
Pictures tomorrow.

Oh my.... Your landscaping is wonderful! And the morning light is lovely. I'm head over heels for each part of it. You have created the perfect balance of plants, grass, trees, and stonework to flow around the pool and deck. Too much and your pool would have been lost.

I haven't seen the rest of your backyard. It's huge!! What wonderful space you have. And I would kill for the slopes and steps and pathways. Sighhhhh - just gorgeous!

I think I would be sleeping out there! Congratulations! Suz.

ooooooooooooooooooooo, awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

That is wonderful! I love, love, love everything! That morning pic----------------THAT is what it is all about!

I would like to make a suggestion. I would ask the PB for more liner lock and put it in ALL around the pool. It is easy to do and good insurance for just in case.

I jump in my pool fully clothed all of the time! Whenever I am working in the yard I just jump in to cool off then go back out and work some more! LOL
