Hi Guys, I have an update on the Intellicenter and the Ultratemp ETI hybrid heat pump. Everything works great most of the time but I am having an issue with a call for heat where the intellicenter seems to lose connection with the wifi and I have to manually reset the intellicenter. I have attached a screen shot and am seeing way too many failed replys from the RS485 from the ultratemp. out of 9,247 ack's there are 7,966 fails. I am using 2 wire RS485 and the distance is about 15 feet. Not sure which happens first but I have a feeling that after so many fails the intellicenter gets off in the weeks and stops communicating, which requires a reset. Any advice or troubleshooting would be helpful.

I used stranded 14 awg, like what you use for outdoor lighting. its what I had. It's interesting that the messages get sent but errors on replys

Use solid wires.
Cat5 has 8 wires in 4 pairs. If you use Cat5, use pairs of wires twisted together.
