We finally had our pool Shotcrete put in this afternoon, then 4 to 5 hours later we had 1.75" rain unexpectedly. We got the storm alert at about the same time it hit. How much will this affect the Shotcrete? There is almost 2' of water in the deep end of the pool.

Not a problem. Many are told to actually water their gunite/shotcrete when its installed to aid in even curing. As for the water in the deep end, the PB will just use a sump pump and pull that all out when time.
