I'm seeing some efflorescence in a few specific spots on our spa walls. I have let it build up and then clean it off about everything 6 months as it builds up with diluted muriatic acid for about 15-20 seconds at a time, then rinsing, then gently chipping it off with a screwdriver. The last time I did this (only the second time ever) there was a hole in the grout behind this. Is there a way to patch this specific spot? It's about a half inch long and just between our tiles. Is there a recommended technique for patching this?
Second question is a lot more fun, but I'm 99.999% sure the answer is no. I'd like to throw a drunken foam party in our pool. Is there a pool safe foam I can use? I'm guessing no, but would hate to not double check!
