Turning my hot tub into a functioning hot tub

I wasn't exactly sure which section to post this in so I apologize if this is not in the right spot. I was thinking of looking into a way to force air and heat into my hot tub to make it an actual functioning hot tub. It has never had either and I have no idea what it would take to do so. I used to have a separate 1hp pump dedicated to it for cleaning but it died so I ripped it out. I currently divert water flow partially to the hot tub so it at least has water moving around and not stagnant that is why there are 2 unused pipes in the attached picture. I was thinking if it was at all possible to make it happen for around $1k then it would be worth it to me. If someone could shed some light on how this is accomplished that would be most helpful.

Working, as in heating as well as bubbles? Not for that price, sorry. Heaters alone are a few thousand.

There are labels on your pipes but they are not readable in the pictures you posted. Please post pictures with readable labels.

For heat in your hot tub you need a heater. Is there a gas line by the equipment pad?

I have attached a pic showing the labels. There is not a gas line anywhere on the property unfortunately.

Going to be difficult getting heat installed for your $1K budget unless you can find a used Heat Pump someone is discarding. And then a Heat Pump will need a 30 to 50 amp electrical circuit that alone can cost you most of your budget to install.

That's kind of what I thought but figured I would see if there was any new technology out there that would cut the price down. I will probably abandon the project for now. I appreciate your responses.

The $500 nuclear pool heater is still under development.
