Get pics of the labels on the power center and the filter.

You have to inputs in the foreground to the pump, likely a skimmer and main drain or two skimmer. The left input is currently closed.
Your pump is connected to a multi-portvalve (MPV) and likely a DE filter. The output side of the MPV with the red handle is a drain to waste. If you run the MPV in the waste position, that read handle needs to be open.
The normal filter output is connected to the heat pump.
The output of the heat pump returns to the pool through a saltwater chlorine generator (SWG or SWCG) and a flow switch for the SWCG.

So, basically what Im trying to do is dump the antifreeze to waste without hurting the pump or getting it in my newly linered pool.

You have the following positions:
Filter - goes to the filter then the pool.
Recirculate - goes right back to the pool, doesn't filter.
Waste - pumps to waste.
Rinse - runs through the filter then to waste. This is to re-bed the sand after backwash.
Closed - closes the valve and allow no water to flow.
