Troubleshooting Polaris 9550 motor

Hi experts, I‘m getting an error 10 communication code. I checked the cable at both ends and all seems good. No corrosion at the motor connection and looked water tight still. I checked the cable with a meter and all seemed to test properly.

I am suspecting the motor is the cause but does anyone know how I should troubleshoot the motor? Any tips? I tried to energize it with wire but nothing seems to work. I believe its 30v.

I just went through the same thing and while my cable aslo passed the continuity test, a new cable fixed it! Order through amazon and return it if it doesn't fix your issue.
