I have an older model titan titanium pool heater. There’s a dial to set the temperature and no digital display. When I turn the dial up I can hear the heater trying to start up, but the fan never kicks in on top. The pump is running on high and I just cleaned the filter so I don’t think it’s a flow issue. Does anyone have any suggestions what it might be?
