Tigerflex (Flex PVC) to ABS

Apologies if this has been asked and answered (although I was unable to find any exact threads), but I was wondering.... When gluing Flex PVC to Rigid ABS, is it imperative to use Wet n Dry 725 cement? Or can one use PVC to ABS Transition Cement? PS - I will be using PVC Purple Cleaner/Primer.

You need the glue designed for PVC/ABS. 725 is PVC only, it won't work on ABS.
