This may be a dumb question...

So, I used my Hayward TigerShark QC for a full 4 hour cycle on Saturday and it worked great. I had my kind, but sometime pain in the neck brother in law on Sunday and he's been thinking of getting a TigerShark for his pool, so he wanted to see how it ran. I told him I didn't feel like taking it out, but he persisted, so I relented. I only put it in and ran it in the pool for ~ 20 minutes so he could see how it cleaned. Here's the dumb question...after about 20 minutes, I said, ok that should be enough so I simply shut the power off and took it out. Is it ok to shut it down before it runs its full cycle whether it be the 90 minute QC or the full 4 hours? I'm a newbie at this so I don't want to damage the machine after shelling out a large amount of cash.

Thanks for your help!
