The indoor Panel stop working Pentair Intellitouch

The indoor Panel stopped working Pentair Intellitouch everything else is working fine.
the buttons are not working. but the panel functions on the menu level but won't communicate with the board.

I did the test with a shorter cable direct from the board outside. still show the same message,
update the video,start to hear the beep going on its own sometimes in the video I need to press for the symptom to show.
Any input you can give will help.

Background story: about a month ago I installed wifi automation for the spa side remote so it allows me to control the spa via wifi. the thing is the power for the box is connected to comport no.2 Black and W/B cable (refer to pic no.3)about a week ago the pump stopped coming on automatically one time. on the pump got the message power failed. which the power tricker connected to comport no.2 with the color wiring green and yellow (refer to pic no.3) and then the indoor remote started to have a problem.
so , Is the wiring on comport no 2 causing the problem?
I switched between ports it didn't help.

can't see much of anything in that wiring photo, it's too small. but have you checked the cable going from the indoor to outdoor panel? get a multimeter and make sure you have continuity and no shorts.
