Testing debate!

Doesn't matter as long as you stay above minimum.

Compare.

Let's say minimum is 4 and daily use is 2.5.

In the morning you test at 4.5, add to get to 7. By bedtime, it's down to 4.5 and you lose none to the sun at night. Next morning, 4.5.
In the evening, you test at 4.5. You add to get to 7 and go to bed. In the morning, it;s 7. By evening it's down to 4.5.
Either way you're at 7 before it gets serious solar losses, and it never dipped below minimum. It's a wash. Whichever works out more convenient is best, because it's more likely to get done.

I have a swg - so i try to test about the same time of day as the previous test if i can to see if i need to tweak anything-
I have done testing @ various times of the day on occasion to be sure i never fall to min levels @ any point.
