Taking a vacation for a week...

5000 Gal Chlorine Pool, very nice since we got rid of the iron! We're going on a vacation for a week.

Currently CYA is at 50, and we use liquid chlorine. Should I consider Trichlor tabs in a floater for the week? If so, how many?

Or should I just bring FC to 20 and hope that lasts a week? Currently losing about 1 fc a night.

2, 8 oz 3 inch pucks will add the following to your pool.. That should work out for your week vacation..

That would bring my CYA up over 60. Should I worry about that?

with rain and splash out and losing about 3 to 5 CYA a month you should be just fine
