TA reading 1100ppm

I tested the TA 3 different times and got the same result, thinking I may need a new testing kit? Water is definitely cloudy but I don't see any scaling. We have a lot of foliage around the pool and yard area so we get a tremendous amount of leaves and dirt in the water from wind and the doggo over the winter months.

Pool Math is telling me to add 372oz of Muriatic Acid but before I do that, I wanted to bounce this off the forum guru's.

Run your pH and TA test on a bottle of drinking water to check your testing methods.

A TA of 1100 is unlikely.

What is the source of your pool fill water?

This pool new to you?

Is the R-0009 reagent new? Possible static buildup on the tip causing smaller drops?
