TA or CH first?

My current, post SLAM numbers are:

FC=11.5 (still dropping from SLAM)
CC=0
pH=7.4
TA=60
CH=70
CYA is showing 30 or possibly slightly below, which I find a bit hard to believe, as it was up around 60 earlier in the summer, and didn't seem to go down much from refills for evaporation or even massive amounts of rain resulting in draining off ~2500 gallons. The test water is about 75 degrees, does it need to be warmer?

Question is what do I fix first, CH or TA? Also, what is the effect of these being low, on a fiberglass pool? I have read that it leads to problems with plaster, but will it also etch fiberglass? Needless to say, I want to bring water to balance, but am just curious.

Thank you!

Jon
