For dropwise tests, is it necessary to swirl the mixture after every single drop, or can I add multiple drops and then swirl? For example, if I know the CH is well over 100, can I add 10 drops and then start to swirl after each drop, or should I start swirling the mixture after every drop from the first?

I'm not sure if concentrated reagent in the top of the test tube would throw off the test. It's just a little tedious and time consuming swirling after every drop twenty times, if it's perfectly fine to add a few drops first and then start swirling that would help me out.

You can add the drops slowly, should take close to one second for the drop to form on the tip and fall off, then swirl the solution after several. I would go back to one drop then swirl as you approach the assumed level of that parameter.
