Every time my SWG switches to negative polarity, the service light comes on & it stops generating chlorine. I can switch it back to positive manually & it will work. The manufacturer has replaced the control center (Sept 2021) and the cell (just replaced 10 days ago). It worked for 5 days then started malfunctioning again (same issue). So far, manufacturer has not been able to resolve the issue. I think it is something other than the control center or the cell as both have been replaced & the problem continues.
