SWG won't change settings

It doesn't matter if I use the phone app or if I push buttons on the SWG itself, it won't adjust the chlorination level. My FC is now 10 and it won't let me reduce the SWG output.

The chlorination "boost" level stays at 3 solid lights (60%) constantly. When I hold down the "less" button on the SWG, all the lights will go blank for approx 5 seconds, and then it goes back to 3 solid lights again.

On the phone app, changing the chlorination level does nothing to the lights on the SWG.

I do not have Screenlogic but I do have the EasyTouch. When the IC40 is connected to the Easytouch you must go into the Easytouch programming to change the SWCG % setting.

Menu>Settings>Intellichlor and then arrow down to % setting and adjust. Back out of the programming using the Menu button.

Thank you that fixed the issue. I didn't realize I had to adjust it on the main control panel

You should be able to adjust it with ScreenLogic...
