Hello all,
My pool is about 6 months old and I am still trying to figure out all its "idiosyncracies." Lately, I have been testing FC twice a day because I can't seem to keep it stable. I have cranked the SWG up to 90% and the FC has been increasing by barely 0.5 ppm per day, which makes little sense to me since I run the system for 9 hours a day. Yesterday I noticed that about two hours after the pump system turns on the SWG turns off with the message "chlorinator off, setting met." I turned it on manually and the FC increased way more than it had been. Today, it did the same thing. I would expect the SWG to run about 8 hours if the setting is at 90% and the timer is set to run for 9 hours. Have any of you come across a similar issue? Am I missing something? Just thought I would check in here before I reach out to the pool company.
Thank you for your responses.
Cheers,
Marcos
