SWG throwing all the codes...

Finally getting the pool up and running for the year... did my slam and now turned on my Hayward Turbocell SWG T-15 which is about 33/32 months old and is cleaned regularly through the seasons.
I have test salt with both strips and digital reader and its 3200ppm... FC is 4.5 ppm
I am getting the following codes:
T-cell current sensor short
T-cell voltage sensor short
Chlor relay K-1 stuck open
chlor relay K-2 stuck open

Everything else is working fine..... and there does not seem to be any shorts/burnt spots on the board..

Anyone have any ideas where to start?

Check the T-Cell connector...

To close this out.... was a blown fuse 4 amp mini on the main board.
