SWG or Algae?

Just discovered Walmart will deliver (thought I was too far away) at no cost. Just ordered 8g of 10%, supposed to be here Sunday. Going to run SWG 24/7 until then, then start slam as soon as it arrives. Going to clean filter tomorrow.

Acting very strangely! Running pump AND SWG (@87%) 24/7. Pump speed 1950, SWG doesn't go off. Past FC results:

Cleaning filter today, may remove cell and clean (only a month old). Should be gaining 5-6ppm in 12 hours, so algae seems most active at night?

Guess I hadn't hit "post", so I can add I just cleaned filter and SWG. Will see how it goes from here. Catkins in the SWG! I did notice I had a hole in one of the filter panels. I had replaced them last year and kept the old ones, so I had a spare.

Running slam later today. Received 8g 10% from Walmart today, should be enough. I turned off SWG after I cleaned everything.
Fri 7pm. 10.5 SWG on
Sat 8am 11.0
9am Cleaned filters, cell, SWG off
Sat 8pm 8.5 (swimming and hot all day)
Sun 7am 7.0 SWG back on
Will test around 5pm, turn off SWG, and add chlorine based on Cya 65 (I think it's closer to 60, but don't want to blow it). pH is 7.2, should I drop it to 7.0?
