Our Solaxx Solar retro RJ saltwater chlorine generator is no longer working. The outlet that it was plugged into works. What options do we have without replacing it?

SWG not working after 2 years

Any warning lights, data, etc? Size of pool, type of pool, etc? That SWCG is rated for 25K (so your pool volume should be less than 12K) and for above ground pool.

No warning lights. Nothing. We have a 15 x 30 semi above ground pool. The SWG worked all last year and this one until today. We had a bad thunderstorm yesterday, but the outlet still works-just not the generator.

That style SWCG is not real popular and thus not much information has been shared here on the forum.
Would seem to be a control board issue as it is related to a thunderstorm. Try disconnecting power for a few minutes and reapply.

Thanks! I have emails in to the Pool Factory, where we bought our pool and parts as well as Solaxx.
We also have a Solaxx swg purchased in 2021 with our pool. It lasted 1 year. They replaced the salt cell which was not the issue, then the power supply which kept just constantly rebooting. The whole thing took 3 months and we finally received the new power supply unit in January. Everything worked until today. The power supply unit is dead. There is power to the unit, it just doesn’t come on. Just a month over the 2 year warranty. Will not be replacing it with another Solaxx, but I will call them tomorrow to troubleshoot it and see if it’s something simple. Their customer service is terrible. Write down everyone you talk to and when and keep on them or they will just forget about you. Best of luck.
