Just installed my circupool RJ45+. I have a stupid question. I have it set on 50% output. Does that mean it generates 50% of time it is on. I had it on noticed it showed about -4.8 amps to cell with foggy water in the cell, and a while later looked everything was on pump was running but showing no amps to the cell and no foggy water in cell.
