SWG and site recommendations to replace ichlor 30 with possibly LT25

I'm looking to replace my Pentair ichlor 30 that has the "leak flaw", i.e. it's leaking around the body under the flow temp sensor housing. I'm trying to at least keep it going by sealing it up with JB waterweld (don't judge, I need this thing to continue functioning). I also just replaced my Hayward single speed pump that burned out with a Waterway Power Defender 140. Pool is estimated to be about 20k - 23k gallons. It's been covered and not functional for a few months, so it's pretty nasty in there. I'm in FL so it's....not great under that cover. That's mainly why I'm trying to at least keep the IC30 going for a little while I look for a replacement SWG. I was thinking the Pentair intellichlor LT25. I'd be going from 1 lbs to 0.9 lbs every 24 hours, but with this VS pump I can at least run all day. Just wondering if this is a good choice, especially as I already have the PC 100 power controller. I don't know if the LT25 has the same dimensions as the IC30, but they look pretty close. Also, looking for recommendations on where to buy. Searching is terrible for MAP products since they can't advertise their actual prices. Seeing the LT25 for about $980, but wondering if anyone's seen a better deal. Not to mention confusion over warranty when buying and installing myself vs hiring a "pro". Any advice would be appreciated.

LT25 and PLUS30 are the same size as the iChlor30 and are drop in replacements.

While the PLUS40 is more suitable for your pool it is longer and will require some PVC work.

The LT25 is 0.90 lbs; PLUS30 is 1.10 lbs; PLUS40 is 1.4 lbs.

What % did you run your iChlor30 for at how many hours per day?

I ran it for 8 hours at 55%. I used the TFP SWG calculator to get that value. That was with an estimated demand of about 1 ppm per day since most days it wasn't in use. Sometimes I'd bump it up when needed.

I am surprised that your pool only used 1 ppm of chlorine daily from the Florida sunshine.

We have a lot of tree coverage so there's not a lot of direct sunlight. Any recommendations on sites for good deals? Trying to find a site to order from is difficult when they use MAP since they can't advertise their prices.
