Next day, things should have mixed (plus a lot of rain). So now I have
FC=5.2 OK, pH=7.5 OK, Salt=2800 Better, TA=70 OK, CH=250, CYA=50 giving a CSI of -0.4, which is worse.
If I was to goose the CH up to 400 (which is the center of the good range according to the TFP defaults) and leave everything else the same, I should have a CSI of -0.2. The trouble is, PoolMath says I would need 14 lbs of CH to acheive that, which sounds unreasonable.
