The pool is still intact. The neighbor avocado tree came about 2 feet from hitting pool. I have no power to run the sand pump or the swg. I've been adding 2 cups of Clorox. Any suggestion or recommendation what to do without power.

You're doing the right thing. Keep adding bleach every day. In addition I would recommend brushing the pool to get the chlorine circulated well. Until the power comes back on, therej's not much else you can do.
I finally got power back. I started the sand filter without the swg to circulate the water. Here's my current water test:
FC: 5.5
CC: 0
