Surface discoloration

All,

I have problem with my pool. Please see attached picture for reference.
I have discoloration around pool however that is not coming off regarding how much I clean.

What can I do ?

Is that where you pour your chemicals into the pool? Do you use any chemicals/products containing copper or any mineral systems? How about algaecides? Specifically, what do you use to chlorinate your pool?

Hi All ,
I am attaching more pictures.

The discoloration is like darker color , I used two different brushes and the stuff is not coming off . .
It looks like a stain

I am using jumbo tabs - like a chlorine , and muriatic acid, and regular liquid chlorine.
