Supports not pulled all the way out- 16x32’ intex ultra xtr

As the pool is filling up, you’re supposed to keep pulling the legs further and further out, but I missed that step this year.

Is it too late to move them without draining off some of the water? Is there a trick to it? Thanks

Unfortunately, I don’t think so. That water is extremely heavy.
