Suggestions for under counter shelving

Hi folks, my pool/cabana project completed a few months back and I'm trying to button up some minor details. One item is making use of the space under my counters. I had the PB put in some BULL brand stainless doors, but they're only the shell(silly me to think they'd be fully enclosed). Looking for any suggestions y'all may have for what I put in there to better store/organize random items (dishware, cups). Just stacking boxes/containers under there without some nice shelving would undermine the quality of the project, imho. I'm a DIY guy, so any suggestions are welcome no matter how custom....

What’s the depth?

if u are a diy guy just built ur own shelves form the ground up. make legs on the side and in the middle if too long and make them the heights u want based on what u are storing. if worried about moisture use cement board or aztec board i guess. if you build them u can control the depth on ur own.
