I have been using the polaris pool cleaner with no issues. Yesterday when I turned on the booster pump it blew the connector out and broke it. I replaced the connector and pressure release valve and when I turned back on it blew the new connector apart. Why would I suddenly have more pressure than normal?

Can you give us some more information on your pool equipment? Filling out a signature with pool type, volume, pump size/type, filter size/type, etc.
