The sump area is 100% clean. We have a "T" join and then 90 degrees which has cement and we have used hydro pressure there to remove it. We got it some removed but not everything. I was told to fill the pool and try with the pump pressure so some of it might come to the pump basket as its a 3-inch pipe.

The pump will most likely be unable to lift the concrete through the vertical plumbing unless it is very small. You might be better off trying to force water in the opposite direction so the concrete ends up in the sump which can then be easily removed. Less distance to travel as well.
