Thoughts on changing (SWG) to (SWCG) ? I'm one of those people who kept referring to SWGs in my posts when they really are SWCGs?

The more I think about the points made in the other thread about the wording, the more I go in circles.

1) they aren't called gas(oline) electric generators, they are called gas generators. Or propane generators instead of propane electric generators.

2) By statement 1, SWGs would use salt water to produce electricity, and should be specifically labeled as chlorine generators.

3) Salt Water Chlorine Generator (SWG), as listed in the forum title, sums up both ways.

Don't know, SWCG is just bit of a mouthful.

Every respectable job needs a three letter acronym. And producing chlorine is clearly the most important of all jobs around a pool.
