We had a recent freeze and now the pool pump cleaner and water feature are stuck in freeze mode and we cannot get it off any ideas will be greatly appreciated

Do you have any sort of automation? If so, try resetting the box or change it to Service Mode then back to Auto. It would also be helpful if you said what type of automation/equipment.

What does your OmniLogic system say the air temperature is?
Probably a bad air temperature sensor.
You can check the sensor using a multimeter as described in Temperature Sensors - Further Reading
