Sorry if it didn't come through in the post, but that comment was a joke. I wouldn't seriously recommend that someone try to install their filter basket without the appropriate gasket.
 
Isn't it funny how things get mistaken on the internet?? There's just no way to convey the intent like you can when you are speaking. Sorry I am so old I missed the joke......however, it seems I have been "missing the point" more and more as a "seasoned" citizen, Yikes! :oops:
