Correct me if I’m wrong but I did add some citric acid that came in today for the staining and I believe that probably has a lot to do with the chlorine depletion other than what was already going on with the sodium bromide.

That, is Sodium Bromide. You now have a Bromine pool. Depending on how much bromine is in the pool, you should be prepared to drain and refill to regain your ability manage this pool with chlorine.

How many lbs of shock would it take to convert it back to chlorine?
